On this date, 26 April 1947, a Japanese War Criminal, Tani Hisao A.K.A the Tiger of Kyushu was executed by the firing squad for his part in the Nanjing Massacre. Let us not forget the thousands of innocent Chinese brutally murdered during World War II.
Hisao Tani (谷寿夫Tani Hisao, 22 December 1882 – 26 April 1947) was a Lieutenant General in the Imperial Japanese Army in the Second Sino-Japanese War, and was implicated in the Nanjing Massacre.
